The events of 2020 have created unprecedented stressors for entrepreneurs. As the landscape continues to change for small business owners, it is important to learn how to navigate new challenges while managing the stress they will inevitably create.

This workshop will teach entrepreneurs to appraise their stress levels, develop coping tools to avoid chronic stress, and create a personalized road map to move towards work-life harmony.

Key Takeaways:

Participants will

1) Learn to differentiate between healthy stressors versus harmful, chronic stress

2) Develop four coping tools to manage the unique stressors facing entrepreneurs in 2020 and beyond, and

3) One-on-one with a psychologist to develop their personalized road map for better stress management . (Must attend 4 out of the 5 sessions)
