This is the premier event of the DFW Veterans Entrepreneurship Year.
The event opens with a plenary session, with Colonel Grant Seabolt giving the pledge of allegiance and making comments on behalf of the Momentum Texas Board, Grant is followed by Maj-Gen. James Williams USMC Ret. who is also a serial entrepreneur.
He is followed by Bill Sandbrook veteran CEO of US Concrete that has 10,000 employees and revenues of over a billion dollars in 2017. The next speaker is Chris Drake a US Army Veteran who founded the Cyber Security Firm Armor based in Richardson TX, that has 275 employees and is growing. The vast majority of the employees are military.
There will be a series of concurrent sessions followed by lunch the invited speaker at lunch is Mark Cuban owner of the Dallas Mavericks, his remarks will be preceded by an award to the DFW veteran entrepreneur of the year and a $5,000 veteran elevator pitch contest with three contestants competing.
After lunch there will be three concurrent sessions. The event ends at 3:15pm
