The City of Dallas wants to work with your small business! Just as with the Federal Government Contracts, there are regulations that determine how this process is conducted in a fair and transparent manner. Business Development & Procurement Services ensures that all methods for acquiring goods and services comply with regulations.

Vendor Self Service

 The Vendor Self Service website allows you, the small business owner, to manage your own account information for working with the City of Dallas. This information is used to contact you, notify you of bids, upcoming events and to pay you for your services. Registration with the Vender Self Service, VSS, requires the following information:

Once you have gathered all the necessary information, you can create an ID and password with the VSS. Email verification is necessary to confirm that you have a valid email address. You will then receive an email prompting you to begin the registration process where you submit all the above listed information.
